I am running Zenoss Core 2.3 and am working on setting up some custom SNMP monitoring for a Barracuda Web Filter that we use. I have a list of all the OID's that I wish to monitor. Most of them are of Integer type and some are of Guage32 data type. So I add them to Zenoss but when I select the Guage data type inside Zenoss... nothing is ever reported or graphed. However, if I select any of the other data types, I do get graphs but the scale is way off. A number such as "15" would show up as something ridiculous on the graph as "2.3 M". When I switch back to Gauge... nothing is graphed. Is there some problem with the gauge data type? I am trying to monitor some OID's that have positive integers such as: memory available, swap available, cpu user, cpu system, cpu idle, etc. Has anyone else experience this problem when creating templates?
