Hi there, I've just been handed a brand new Zenoss appliance at work and discovered two things. Firstly, it didn't come with a recovery CD as advertise. Is it possible to download this from somewhere?
Secondly, I can't seem to run the update from the https://10.1.2.3:8003/rAA/updatetroves/UpdateTroves/ page. I keep getting the following message even though Internet access is working. Looking for available updates ... Failed: (Unknown Exception Type) group-zenoss-enterprise was not found on path [EMAIL PROTECTED]:enterprise-2.2 The appliance is a Zenoss 250 running Zenoss Enterprise 2.2.2. Thanks for your help.
