Yup, that's the bug we're working on... It seems that when you click the systray icon in Windows (and KDE on Linux, and probably on others too except Gnome), the system can't figure out how/where to place the pop-up event list box. So it records the error in the log, then just throws up the box where it can, usually around the top-left corner of the screen. Fortunately, the error isn't hurting anything, it's just unsightly.
