1. What is the device? 2. What class is the device shown as? 3. What performance templates are bound to the device (On the device page click the down triangle to get the drop menu, then go to More | Templates)? 4. What collector plugins are bound to the device (same menu as above but choose "Collector Plugins")? 5. What are the contents of the perf directory for the device ($ZENHOME/perf/Devices/DEVICENAME)? -- Regards, Graham Bloice
