OK, I don't have one of those, just a plain old 2003 Server, we can
compare.  However, I have "modified" my config quite a bit.

OK, we start to differ here, I have ditched that one and use the WMI SNMP v2
template.

OK, you are missing 3 out of the 4 rrd's expected for the standard template
you have, cpuPercentProcessorTime, memoryAvailableKBytes,  and
memoryPagesPerSec.

They will be updated by the zenperfsnmp daemon polling for the info.  Ok,
can you look at the log for the daemon (Settings | Daemons | view log).  See
if there are any messages pertaining to this server, and also report the
summary that appears at the end of the run (zenperfsnmp runs every 5 mins by
default), e.g. sent xxx OID requests and then collected yy of zz devices in
ab.cd
