Hi All,
I'm new to this wonderful software, and have a couple questions. I want to do
something along the lines of the demo code below although I do not know how. As
I'm new to the whole TALES and Python thing I was wondering if anyone could
give me a hand, or could point me at a site that has some good tutorials.
I want to achieve something along the lines of
if evt.component() == 'specific_component':
myServer_Id = device.getId()
if myServer_Id.component(main_component).status down then do not send
this alert as they are linked:
evt.eventState = 2 # suppressed
Has anyone got any ideas how this can be achieved or where I can find some good
tuts?
