Hello all, I've run into a bit of a confusing issue with Zenoss 2.3.1. We have a Cisco 1841 Router at a remote site that has gone down. The problem is that Zenoss still shows it as Up and we have received no alerts.
First off, it does have an event with severity of Error since SNMP is down (and we only alert on Critical atm), but IpRouteEntry and IpInterface are showing as Up despite being unable to communicate with it at all. I tried remodeling it in case something was just delayed, but it didn't help. Any ideas?
