I see clear events in the history events of a device. I tried to modify 
alerting rules, tried different events, unfortunately with no luck (still i do 
not receive clear alert emails) :(
So i guess the problem somewhere in the processing of alerting rules. 
Can somebody point me to a place where i can look for the root of the issue?
