Hi all - first post :D

Same kind of issue here: I have a SuSE Linux-host that was responding to ping
for about an hour and then went "down".
Turns out it has a rule in iptables that is trigger after what it thinks is a
"ping-burst":

Code:
LOG icmp -- anywhere anywhere limit: avg 3/min burst 5 LOG level warning
tcp-options ip-options prefix `SFW2-INext-DROP-DEFLT '

Any way to change the Zenoss ping-setting(s) to get around a situation like
this without altering the firewall-rule?
