I am the same. I want to suppress messages regarding the devices at a site if the link goes down. Also want to suppress messages for the services on a server if the server is down. At the moment if the link drops at one of our sites the three servers, UPS', switches and all the services that the devices host are seen as down so I could get 30 emails for one link down. Then it comes back a couple of minutes later and I get another 30 emails.
I would love to see the code you used. I am still learning so I am not sure where to start with this.
