I believe there's another zenpack floating around that uses Nagios' check-snmp
plugin. That plugin accepts a port as one of it's arguments, so you can create
a data source of COMMAND type, something like the following:
check_snmp -P 2c -H ${here/manageIp} -p 1161 -o .1.2.3.4.1.1.0
