I think what you'll need to do is create a new "device class" (basically a folder) to which the devices will belong. Whichever level you choose under /Devices will determine the properties inherited by your new class (e.g. /Devices/MyDevices).
Next you'll need to define a template to associate with those devices..along with the template (which you will bind to your device class) you'll need to define the data objects that you want to collect/graph. This is a basic outline, but as long as your data is not "indexed" SNMP-data, it will follow this path and is generally pretty easy (once you get your head wrapped around how it all works).
