My network has lots of devices that don't fully support SNMP. Some of them return some information, but not interface specifics.
This seems to be causing a problem. The device detected in one round of discovery, and created with a manage_ip of X.X.X.X. I can search for the device by this IP address, but it doesn't show up if I browse to the network. On the next discovery run, the device is found again, but re-creating the device fails due to a "database conflict error" in the setmanageIp() function. I'm using Zenoss 2.3.3 (old, I know, but I don't have the time to upgrade.) What can I do to keep this from happening?
