Is it currently showing some other path? I wonder if it's got 
/opt/zenoss hardcoded. I'd just replace with $ZENHOME, because if you've 
got an older install (like me), $ZENHOME is /opt/zenoss, whereas the 
newer ones have $ZENHOME as /usr/local/zenoss...

I'm not at all sure why the change in paths, but it has caused issues in 
the past.
