Zenoss 2.3.3 on SLES 10 What is the use of the zProperty zCommandSearchPath?? I have zCommandPath set to /usr/local/bin and remote commands work if they are in that directory if I specify a short name in my template. If I specify a fully-qualified name in the template, that also works fine.
I assumed that zCommandSearchPath was like a shell PATH environment variable and provided other alternative directories to search for a short command, but it doesn't work. I can see in a zencommand run -v10 -d <device> that the command is being looked for only in /usr/local/bin.
