The following rule seems to have worked.
evt.alarmmessage.find("High Temp Alarm") != -1
What I learned is that trap variables are accessible through the evt class. Not
sure if they are all converted to strings or if the system is smart enough to
used the type as defined in the MIB. However, it is good to know they are
accessible and can be used to build rules.
