The Google maps issue has a patch already, the issue is with numbers starting addresses. Basically we had some fixes around lat/long in the address field that broke the street addresses and zip codes. To fix this, as the zenoss user run 'zenpatch 13443' and do a Ctrl-Shift-R on your Google map pages (force reload).
