Hi, I'm experiencing zenoss core 2.4 using the VM player version. I've been installing snmp and WMI onto a few windows based servers to test out the functionalities of Zenoss. When I tried to add a windows server 2008 R2 server, I received a "Could not read the Windows event log (NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED)" messege appears. I've filled in the zwinuser and zwinpassword field of zproperties and also added an administrator account on the 2008 server. This is the way I've handled the other servers (2k3 and xp), but it fails to work this time. I wonder is it because win2008 is not supported by Zenoss?
besides, my zenoss can't retrive the CPU info of the workable servers, it only returns "unknown" and all zero for its status. Is it because that's an advanced feature only enabled in professional version? Lastly, I also tried to add a Ubantu server(9.04), it returns a dozen of debug msg in the format of "Error reading value for "laLoadInt1" on 172.16.104.24 (oid .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.5.1 is bad)" So, is it also because the OS version is new and zenoss 2.4 can't recoganize it?
