Thanks for the info, but I'm pretty sure I've installed the SNMP informant on the 2008 server the same way I did to the rest, but fails to work. I just wonder is it because zenoss doesn't have complete support to some OS?
my situation is: added 4 devices, the xp and 2k3 work fine, but missing some data, on 2k8 still can work, but the error msg keeps bothering me.
