I was getting all of these same errors... I stopped zenoss, killed all *.zec and all *.pid files. Then I started zenoss, then as the zenoss user, I manually ran zenmigrate. I then stopped zenoss, killed all *.zedc and *.pid files again, started zenoss, and things began working again.
