This is extremely frustrating. In the time since my previous post ZenOSS has 
produced this problem twice.  

This ticket http://dev.zenoss.org/trac/ticket/4993 is incorrect. 
There is absolutely nothing in the documentation about clearing the Cache 
"Before" the upgrade. 

Any solutions?
