In my original email, I did create the event class key and it shows it in the Event mapping section. This time, I tried via a different workflow where I went to the event archive, found the event I want to be recognized (was shown as Event Class: /Unknown), but when I try to Map event to class to /Net/Netscaler, it won't accept it (says "created 0 Event mappings").
