In the link up field it doesnot give the description of the interface.
like
10.100.2.13 Interface Serial0/3:3 ("***MUMBAI-BANGLORE-2MBPS-LINK-3***"),
changed state to down
It just indicates
10.100.2.13 Interface Serial0/4:4, changed state to up
