I haven't seen any benefit from increasing the number of workers, but your mileage may vary. I think it would really depend on whether you're getting errors about other daemons cycle times getting too long and whether or not they're also using 100% cpu. If you look at the server (with top or htop) and such a process is eating up 100% cpu, it might be a worthwhile to increase the number of worker processes. That being said, zenhub seems to be the single process that ends up being the bottleneck in most installs (in my experience). -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?p=36560#36560 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
