I haven't seen any benefit from increasing the number of workers, but your 
mileage may vary.  I think it would really depend on whether you're getting 
errors about other daemons cycle times getting too long and whether or not 
they're also using 100% cpu.  If you look at the server (with top or htop) and 
such a process is eating up 100% cpu, it might be a worthwhile to increase the 
number of worker processes.

That being said, zenhub seems to be the single process that ends up being the 
bottleneck in most installs (in my experience).
