Recently my zenperfsnmp deamon shuts down once a day.
When I manualy start it everything works fine again.
I have tried to find the problem by going through all the possible logs and the
only thing that I can find is the following in the mysql logfile:

090730 11:40:10 mysqld restarted
InnoDB: Log scan progressed past the checkpoint lsn 2 814040105
090730 11:40:11 InnoDB: Database was not shut down normally!
InnoDB: Starting crash recovery.
InnoDB: Reading tablespace information from the .ibd files...
InnoDB: Restoring possible half-written data pages from the doublewrite
InnoDB: buffer...
InnoDB: Doing recovery: scanned up to log sequence number 2 814040458
090730 11:40:13 InnoDB: Starting an apply batch of log records to the
database...
InnoDB: Progress in percents: 60 61 62 63 64 65 66 67 68 69 70 71 72 73 74 75

InnoDB: Apply batch completed
090730 11:40:14 InnoDB: Started; log sequence number 2 814040458
090730 11:40:14 [Note] /usr/sbin/mysqld: ready for connections.
Version: '5.0.51a' socket: '/srv/mysql/mysql.sock' port: 3306 Source
distribution

This happens at the same time the deamon stops working.
I searched on the net and found that it might help to dump the db and then
re-import it again. I tried this by dumping the events db but it didn't help.
I'm running Zenoss VM appliance 2.4.2.
The problem started around the time I upgraded to the latest version in
combination with the installation of the VMware en NetWare zenpack.
Hope anyone can help me with this?
