Need more info to help you...

What do you mean when you say when you can't access Zenoss? Can you ping your 
Zenoss server? Can you get to other resources running on the server? 

As James suggested it could be a firewall issue but can't tell for sure without 
more details. If you can access other resources on that server it could be that 
port 8080 is being blocked for example. Maybe try to setup a quick Apache web 
site on port 80 and see if you can get to it?
