[Zentrack-users] Error executing sql script

Hello Guys,

I'm upgrading an existent version of zentrack 2.5.5.2 with 2.6pre2.

System is: W2KSRV ENG SP4, IIS5, Mysql 4.0.23, PHP 4.4.0

when I execute the sql script upgrade_mysql.sql the following error appear:

UPDATE ZENTRACK_SETTINGS SET value = '#000000' WHERE name = 'color_bar_text' AND value = '#006666'

MySQL said:

#1267 - Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_swedish_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='

I able to execute all the other part of the script, (insert into and create table) but not delete or update commands.

 

 

If I browse tickets, it seem to work but for see the text onto the tab I have to pass with the mouse cursor on the tab itself.

in the tickets view page, all closed tickets are displayed togheter to ticket with open status.

 

Anyone can help me ?
