Gianfranco,
Try manually typing that query into the db (instead of copy/paste).
This looks like a character set problem (translating from latin to utf8).
It might also be the # sign that is the problem.

I able to execute all the other part of the script, (insert into and
create table) but not delete or update commands.
If I browse tickets, it seem to work but for see the text onto the tab
I have to pass with the mouse cursor on the tab itself.
in the tickets view page, all closed tickets are displayed togheter to
ticket with open status.
Anyone can help me ?
