Hi Christian,

  If this is the same host use the '-l" parameter to enable multicast loop.
 ZeroMQ has this enabled by default to match IP/PGM functionality, but
OpenPGM does not because it breaks reliable delivery and conflicts with the
PGMCC congestion control protocol.
