I have experienced this problem with another open source project. The thing
is you'll have to maintain several projects simultaneously. Maintaining a
single streamlined code base is much easier in my humble opinion. As a
completely new user, I am really concerned about these several versions of
0mq and wonder which one I should use. Integrating everything in a single
code base will certainly contribute to its user base as it will not create
confusion about which version to use.
