Currently not in a functional state but the general idea should be apparent.
https://github.com/trevorbernard/jzmq-api Deployed a stable version of jzmq to clojars and spent some time setting up travis-ci for continuous integration builds. It's a maven project but doesn't necessarily have to be; it's what I _sort of know_. Also I'd love to hear any suggestions or criticisms you may have.
