Michel, I've made a pull request for a new RFC 21, then. It's unfinished; I'm not sure what connection model you want to use for pub-sub and pgm. Also, if you (or anyone else here) want to join the RFC project as maintainer, that would be neat. https://github.com/zeromq/rfc/issues
