The project changes very rapidly in many directions, so a change log would not be much help.
If you have an example of code that stopped working, I'll help you fix it. Mostly we tried to keep APIs always backwards compatible, sometimes that has failed. You can also use git bisect to determine precisely which commit broke your code, if you wish.
