MPRF cadres capture Dalit's land in Nawalparasi Kantipur Report NAWALPARASI, Oct 27 - In what looks like a vicious circle of authority, the cadres of ruling party Madheshi People's rights Forum (MPRF), have captured land belonging to 14 people of Nasahi VDC-2 in Nawalparasi district. The MPRF cadres plundered crops including paddy, ginger and banana from the land. The victims complained that the hundreds of MPRF cadres led by Gauri Shankar Koiri, who came to the village two days ago, robbed them of crops. According to the loacals, the MPRF cadres captured the land, claiming that it was public property where they said a school will be built. The land owners have been living in fear after the MPRF cadres gave them death threat. The VDC had provided the victims with landownership certificates in 1983.
