The client has recently added six developers and is looking to complete the team which also consists of seven Business analysts and Project Managers. The project is currently in the preliminary stages. Most of the design has been completed and testing has just began. The client is replacing its government clearance system. The ideal candidate should have strong Swing experience, MQ Series, and Oracle. Experience with Agile and Sun Solaris would be considered a plus. They should also have Broker/Dealer and clearance experience. Because this is a long term project the Manager is not interested in seeing candidates that have jumped around frequently from project to project.
