Demonstrated knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design techniques, UML, and modeling artifacts; demonstrated experience in creating advanced SQL queries; demonstrated ability to develop and maintain Perl scripts in a Unix environment. 3+ years experience in communicating (includes verbal and written) complex, technical concepts and information to a wide range of users. Considerable knowledge of client/server technologies and architecture, software programming and testing. 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving real-time user-based application problems.
