Job Description:
As a technical team member, provide development and support services to new
and existing enterprise applications. Perform in conjunction with team
members and alone to product deliverables a defined on a variety of
projects. Interface with a variety of technical and user personnel to
accomplish optimal results.
Experience:
Excellent Communicator. Would be expected to be able to form alliances with
the Technical Support areas, Architecture team, and other platform areas.
Expect on-site at one of our facilities (at least for change management
purposes of existing staff)
Excellent in-depth knowledge in the platform area.
Experience working with medium size teams (>5) with both onshore and
offshore resources.
Experience leading transport / code migration processes Experience leading
· technical design techniques
· technical solution approach
· creation of QA processes
· evaluation standards
· creation of team metrics
· coding standards/guidelines (especially in latest-end versions of
their platform.)
· code promotion standards (especially in latest-end versions of
their platform.)
All candidates MUST have experience with the following:

· Experience working in medium size Business Warehouse team(s),
where coordination of shared objects occurs.
Basic BW Skills:
· Experience in data modeling, gathering functional requirements,
translating functional requirements into design specifications, creating
info objects, info providers, creating BW reports including BEX and web
application designer.
· Experience activating and enhance business content objects,
enhancing standard SAP data extractors and creating generic data extractors.
· Experience with ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading)
using update rules, transfer rules, and data transformations.
· Experience with ongoing support and maintenance of production
systems.
· Experience using SAP-BW 7.0
· Experience creating interfaces into other SAP systems (ECC 5.0C
and above, SAP-CRM, SAP eSourcing, SAP-GTS)
· Experience creating decision support / analysis tools.
Understands the difference in creating single reports vs. analysis tools.
Portal Skills:
· Experience leveraging SAP-EP using iViews to render BW
information.
· Experience creating same "look and feel" attributes as another
portal standard.
· Optional: Experience integrating into a Sharepoint portal
