Job Description:

Must have leadership abilities and can lead successful execution of project
plan tasks.    Must be able to develop work plans and monitor task to
completion.  Responsible for supporting future releases and upgrades and
rollouts of new releases to SAP Payroll Module.  .   Calculate overtime,
paid/unpaid leave, holiday pay. Integrate to payroll. Resolve problems
related to payroll and time evaluation.  Configure remuneration and time
statements.  Provide payroll and time management support and transfer of
payroll results to the bank, PA, and posting of payroll results to
FI/CO    Experience
in calculation gross to net pay.  Must be able to configuration all aspects
of payroll in payroll areas and sub areas



Familiarity with Payroll off cycle processing and W2 processing.  Must be
able to review payroll job processing to determine where efficiencies in
jobs can be realized.   Provide configuration support to the City of Houston
for the Payroll module and provide guidance to the Time Management
Consultant.



 Compiles data, produces information and interprets results, prepares
reports, and documents assigned. Business Analysis, system configuration,
client training, and documentation of Payroll and Time Management. Write
test scripts. Analyze, configure, test and document of time management.
Responsible for Transports review and approval to ensure that payroll and
time schema are not compromised.  Verify live time data and payroll
data.  Configure
absence evaluation, reduction of breaks, public holiday payment, sickness
and maternity payment in payroll and time schemas. Train and manage Team
members, super/users and additional responsibilities as assigned.  Execute
designated special transaction and write custom reports as needed.
