*PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst III*

·         The purpose of this position is to provide PeopleSoft HCM
functional business analyst support.

·         Key responsibilities include providing analysis and support of
technology and process changes in the areas of Payroll and Time & Labor.

*Responsibilities include*

·         Act as a liaison between the Payroll  & IT teams; interact with
non-technical, functional users to develop business requirements for system
enhancements, create and execute test plans, and manage user-acceptance

·         Lead functional implementation of Tax Updates.

·         Set up and configuration of Payroll and Time & Labor modules.

·         Develop queries for end users.

*Job Requirements *

·         Bachelors Degree in business related field or information

·         Minimum 5 years experience in a functional role supporting Payroll
and Human Resources with in depth knowledge of end-to-end PeopleSoft Payroll
and Time & Labor modules.

·         Ability to work independently and take leadership role in working
with various stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements
into functional specifications through hands-on analysis.

·         Advanced PeopleSoft query writing skills.
