* * Position : Power Builder Duration :18 months Location : Albany, NY Rate : $48./ hr Here is the job description, 18 months. I look forward to your response. The (CCFS) is a production application that has had a phased development and implementation. While several phases of the system have been completed and released, several additional phases must be developed, coded and implemented. This Power Builder position is one of two such positions that are integral to the timely completion of the modules, along with the maintenance of the code that has been released thus far. This position is responsible for ensuring that coding is streamlined and compatible with CCFS along with maintaining the existing system and data maintenance. Without this position, CCFS will not have the resources to maintain their current code base and fixes to that base will not be able to be competed. Four years experience designing and implementing client server systems using the current Power Builder release for the applications and the most recent Oracle levels for the database (familiarity with other databases may be required). This experience must include data windows, object oriented applications, application partitioning and building with Power Builder Foundation Class (PFC’s) and data modeling with S-Designer. Five years demonstrated full time professional experience using PowerBuilder 8.0 or higher with Oracle and utilizing COM/COM+. Five years experience using PL/SQL to write stored procedures and triggers for Oracle database(s).
