*Need ASAP* *Programmer Analyst* *Location:* Salem, OR *Duration:* 6 Months *Rate:* Open Candidate must be local to Salem or Portland, OR area. *Resume to include the following:* The candidate shall submit a resume detailing their recent experience in Crystal Reports, Business Objects Enterprise, SQL Server Database or an equivalent database, including specific projects that were successful, marginal and unsuccessful. The candidate shall indicate if the projects were on-time and on-budget at completion. The candidate shall provide three (3) professional references. The candidate is informed that a complete CJIS background check including fingerprinting will be conducted prior to being offered this position. *Overview * The Department of Oregon State Police seeks to procure Crystal Reports development and training services in order to develop a department wide Report Catalog. It is the intent of OSP to work with each Division to determine their individual reporting needs, and develop reports according to those needs. Department users will then be trained on how to develop, execute, modify and save their own reports. It has been determined that Crystal Reports will be the department's standard reporting software and the Report Catalog will be in web accessible through Business Objects Enterprise. *Statement of Work:* Provide Crystal Reports development and training to department staff utilizing multiple databases. This includes, but is not limited to: *Tasks:* * Review, document and understand division reporting needs. * Develop Crystal Reports based on division reporting needs. * Develop Crystal Reports Catalog. * Develop a Training Plan to train users. * Develop a User Guide/Shortcuts specific to OSP. * Train users to Use Crystal Reports, Modify and enhance Crystal Reports, Save Crystal Reports. * Work with OSP CSS Staff to upload Crystal Reports to the Business Objects Enterprise server. * Work with multiple divisions throughout the department. * Review and understand multiple databases. * Provide weekly updates to Team lead or Manager *Job Requirements:* The candidate shall submit a resume detailing their recent experience in Crystal Reports, Business Objects Enterprise, SQL Server Database or an equivalent database, including specific projects that were successful, marginal and unsuccessful.
