Position Description SAP FI-HR-E-Recruiting Senior Programmer/Analyst Responsibilities * Analyze, design, develop and test FI, HR, E-Recruiting FRICEW assigned objects * Assist functional teams to create functional specifications incorporating best practices * Liaison with the functional and business teams to discuss, design and build robust/efficient solutions * Evaluate and analyze functional specifications submitted by functional teams * Create technical specifications based on the functional specifications * Test and support of complex SAP ABAP programming solutions to meet requirements * Document every step according to the CLIENT project adopted standards * Build solutions in FI, HR, E-Recruiting according to CLIENT business requirements * Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new systems and process for Client * Assist in gap analysis between Client requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP * Review CLIENT process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible * Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with functional team * Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications * Receive and resolve programming defects and/or change requests * Work with other teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution is delivered Qualifications * At least 5 years experience as an ABAP FI, HR and E-Recruiting Senior Programmer/Analyst with at least one full lifecycle (end-to-end) SAP implementation * Solid SAP development experience utilizing ABAP, ABAP Objects, ABAP Webdynpros and BSPs programming * Solid experience in SAP E-Recruiting Smartforms (BSPs programming, TREX and KPRO configuration is a plus) * Experience researching and coding User Exits, Customer Exits, BTEs (Business Transaction Events), and BADIs * Developing Classical, Interactive, ALV reports and dialog programs * Strong experience developing interfaces using ALE/IDOCs, BAPIs, BDCs and interfacing with middleware products like XI and Informatica * Experience with conversions using LSMWs * Implementation experience in SAP version ECC 6.0 * Public Sector and Concurrent Employment experience * Functional SAP experience a plus (Configuration, etc) * Detailed knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and tools; SAP Solution Manager, ASAP, IMG, Business Navigator is desirable * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to write detailed technical specifications * Ability to debug and find out the root cause for exceptions * Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively Thanks, Sandeep Sandeep Jain Software People Inc. www.softwarepeople.us <mailto:sandeep.j...@softwarepeople.us> sandeep.j...@softwarepeople.us Ph: 631-863-0299 Fax: 631-574-3122 Certifications: SBA 8a/SDB, WBENC, NYC MWBE, Empire State MWBE --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "zilliontechnologies" group.
