*USAID-001 Transition of Non-proprietary Phoenix Support Services (Jul 1
2009 - Sep 30 2009)*

*Subtask 1: Transition Project Management and Reporting*

·         Coordinate and collaborate with staff and management of the Chief
Financial Officer (M/CFO), Chief Information Officer (M/CIO), the Phoenix
team (which includes CGI Federal and other contractors), and Department of
State Joint Financial Management System (JFMS) staff

·         Provide expert knowledge of Momentum Financials, as well as of
USAID, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Financial Systems
Integration Office (FSIO) financial management requirements;
Work closely with the COTR or his designee and other contractor personnel
tasked to provide program management support;

·         Provide project management activities for all tasks in this task
order and other task orders which may be issued by USAID under the BPA;

·         Provide all necessary supervision, management, technical and
administrative support to accomplish the subtask(s) specified under this
task order;

·         Help plan and maintain the strategy for the subsequent phases of
the project;

·         Meet weekly with FSI Program management to discuss project
progress and key issues;

·         Provide monthly status reports on status of all assigned
activities,including the status of activities to be transitioned;

·         Provide input for the preparation of the monthly Financial Systems
Status report; and

·         Prepare and/or support the preparation of briefing materials,
issue papers, functional and technical configuration recommendations and
other documents as required under general program management.
