I have had problems with Zim hanging on startup when there is another instance
of Zim running on the same account & host - Zim instances from separate hosts
seem to co-exist well on the same X desktop, however.
I've noticed this happens particularly when I have "orphan" instances of Zim
that are not displaying on a desktop due to e.g. a dropped SSH tunnel...
