Yes, I removed it from the GUI because I want to deprecate this feature in
favor of using starting dates for tasks - kind of turning "wait" into
"snooze".

However the setting is still in the config file for those who were actively
using it. So indeed if you used it in the past, it remains effective. You
can find it in the "preferences.conf" file under the section for the
tasklist plugin.

May be removed completely from future versions.
