After much pondering, Valerie Nielsen Williams favored us with:
This is pretty much my thoughts on the matter. There may be Near Death Experiences, although generally the veil is just that, a veil. But if there are NDEs, I'd bet anything that the only ones you hear about are the bogus ones. If a person had a real NDE, he would keep it sacred and not go bragging about it all over kingdom come. I'll bet that 99 percent of the NDEs that get written and talked about are bogus. The real ones don't get published.Just wanting to know if anyone has read "Life Everlasting" by Crowther, and if so, what do you think. It was recommended to me by a friend who knows that since Tom died, I've been devouring the words of prophets and scriptures to learn all I can about the Plan of Salvation, the Spirit World, and life after death. As I've perused it, some of it looks good, but some of it looks like sensationalism (near-death experiences etc.). I have my own feelings about NDE's ie; if you have one, it is a sacred experiece that should be kept that way.

You know what would make a good story? Something
about a clown who make people happy, but inside he's
real sad. Also, he has severe diarrhea. --Jack Handy
