The 3.10.x line is the current stable release line:  you want to be
installing 'ZODB3==3.10.5'.

ZODB 4.x is not yet released:  we are hoping to finish the Py3k support
soon and make a beta.  The code is actually still quite mature, with very
good test coverage:  it should be stable enough for ordinary development,
although I wouldn't want to put it into production just yet.
