There's an RFE open for this, but we don't have it just yet.

If you like, I will add a call record for you to the RFE. If anyone
in the community is interested, this would make a nice project.
My longer term plan is to do a round of console improvements at some
point which would expand the functionality of the zone console fairly
significantly-- but the single most important RFE is logging, I think.

Not offhand, but you could just always run a screen session for all of
your zones-- it's OK to zlogin -C to a zone which is not running.
