I have realized that with the previous patch it wouldn't be backward compatible
because a new follower would never send a LASTZXID, and an old leader wouldn't
understand a FOLLOWERINFO message. This new patch gets rid of FOLLOWERINFO and
only uses LASTZXID, and it seems to work fine.
My preference is to stick with LASTZXID for now, if keeping it backward
compatible is really necessary, and consider updating it for 4.0.
