Henry, just a question out of curiosity - how do you think the cluster will be
created on day one? Would a 2/3 node cluster be built initially by powering on
the servers using pre-populated configuration and then nodes are added/deleted
dynamically? Or a cluster will be built incrementally using dynamic
configuration change, starting with a single node?
